About Violetta Schröer. Two decades at home in numbers.

Since 2003 I have supported entrepreneurs, trades and self-employed professionals in and around Munich with all questions of ongoing accounting and payroll. As a certified tax specialist (IHK) I combine precise expertise with a calm, personal style – always grounded in current law and digital processes.

I record receipts cleanly, reconcile accounts, run payroll on time, and explain your reports so that you actually understand them. I support construction firms with SOKA-BAU and wage-scale questions, and help self-employed professionals stay on top of their numbers.

My way of working is clear: I listen, I check carefully, I meet deadlines – and I stay discreet. No standard packages, no hidden fees – just clean work at a clear flat fee.

What is the difference between a tax specialist and a tax advisor?
In short: I handle your ongoing bookkeeping, payroll and all preparatory work – the annual statement and final tax advice are handled by your tax advisor. This is clearly regulated by law (§ 6 StBerG) and for many SMBs the more cost-effective solution.
What services do you offer in detail?
Six core services: financial accounting, payroll with all social-security filings, construction wages with SOKA-BAU, pre-accounting for the tax advisor, general office services (dunning, correspondence, travel expenses) and personal consulting in German, English, Polish and Croatian.
